After LAHS, graduated Lehigh U. Worked in operations in heavy mining/mfg industry in FL, NY, PA, TX. Ten homes in fifteen years, then 13 years in York, PA! Got lucky and was part of very successful leveraged buyout, then chucked everything and retired in 1989. never to look back! Retired to Eastern Shore Maryland, then split time between there and west coast of Florida, commuting by boat. Cruised the Great Lakes and East Coast from Canada to Bahamas for over 20 years. Now have one foot in Florida, one in Maine, with boat for sale. They call me Captain Kirk (real novel!!), but Judy's the Admiral. We've had a very fortunate life but for one daughter's tragic accident. Send kirk a Message

If you remember me at all, you remember that my family moved in the spring of our sophmore year. I stayed with Pat Englands family (what fun!) so I could finish the school year. I graduated from Pennsbury H.S. in Bucks country, and then my parents promptly moved back to Lansdowne, so that is where I came for holidays from college. No wonder I feel as 'tho I never left! Bill Gohn was even kind enough to invite me back to the senior prom! My husband and I moved to Connecticut in 1967 and lived in the same house in the woods with our three sons until they moved on and he died suddenly, in seemingly perfect health ,four years ago. Life has been a hard adustment, but I have learned to enjoy my new normal and am managing to have a good time. The world is full of new friends and activities. I traded my house for a cottage on a tidal pond where the ducks wake me up, and the location is convenient to New York City where I spend a fair amount of time. I still enjoy my work in the city of Stamford CT public library where I work mostly with innercity kids doing all manner of things to promote reading. I still sing in couple of groups. My life is fun, full and so busy, but I DO smell the flowers . I've had a great time since LAHS,and am thankful for every minute of it. I do believe the 'Art of Living Well' can be learned and we can make a choice to be happy and live well. See you all soon.Send Linda a Message

Loved my years in LA and in my mind's eye I don't think I ever left! Life is good and feel everyday is a very BIG blessing.Retired enrolled agent with the IRS and still keep my hand in with taxes. Moved to Ga. to help my sons get started as electrical contractors doing the office grud work 6 years ago and I guess I am staying but always open for another challange (Is that spelled right Margie?) Collect the offering at church every Sunday but they sew my pockets up before I begin counting the loot! Love reality shows and even tried for the Apprentice, however, you see those young studs and flash ladies. O well their loss. Can't wait to see ya all at our gathering...God Bless-stay safe Send Brenda a Message

Happily married to Julie for 30 years, who was foolish/courageous enough to marry me while I was raising four kids from a first marriage. We climbed Mount Katahdin in Maine together two weeks ago. We moved from Lansdowne in 1980 to escape the impending school merger - to Swarthmore (I've always felt a little guilty about this.) and have lived in the same large old house of projects since. I enjoy writing and my children believe that my retrospective/family/fishing/happy-to-be-alive stories are my best. Occasionally they get published; and here is a link to one:
